Members of Chrysalis, Wigton worked with woodcarver Alistair Neville and myself to produce a totem pole with ceramic tiles around the base.  The theme of the project was recycling because Doorstep Green, Wigton is the site of the old tip.  The phoenix rising from the ashes symbolises the regeneration of the old tip into a communal area for the public to use.
