Monday 9th May Had a great weekend, sitting around, drinking tea and chatting to everyone who came to our Open Studios. I forgot to take any pictures while the crowds (?) were here but here are a couple of photos I took right at the the end to give you a flavour of what you missed. You will definitely have to come next year!

Monday 24th January 2011 Been working on some new pieces since the New Year. Have gone back to a popular range we produced a few years back but this time, I am making them in clay. Will put some images of the fired pieces on the website in a couple of weeks.

Tuesday 16th November Brought these two back from the local secondary school today - miserable travelling companions! I made them in 2004 and they don't get out of the house much. I loaned them to the art department as the kids were doing a project on making heads in clay. They don't look too happy about coming home and they are definitely not on speaking terms!

Sunday 7th November Just got my first commissioned piece out of the kiln. Really happy with the result. Have put off doing commission before being worried that they wouldn't turn out anything like the models but needn't have worried. Very exciting.
